His expertise has played a pivotal role in commissioning some of the finest sugar plants in the country. He retired as Technical Group Head from Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd.

He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and is recognized as one of the top technocrats in the sugar industry. His vast experience in operations and maintenance has been instrumental in driving operational excellence. Beyond the sugar sector, he has also contributed significantly to the renewable energy and textile industries, adding value through his deep technical knowledge and strategic insights.

Post-retirement, he remains actively engaged as a Senior Faculty at the Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI), continuing to mentor and guide professionals in their journey toward continuous improvement and excellence.

Retiring as CFO of the Transmission Business at Tata Power, he brings deep expertise in financial structuring, cost optimization, risk management, and corporate governance.
